A highly regarded civil contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer and a Site Engineer to join an established and high-performing team delivering significant civil infrastructure projects across the Wagga Wagga region. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of your section of works on major civil projects, backed by a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and a proven track record across roads, subdivisions, earthworks, dam and bridge works, and water infrastructure. About the Business Our client is an established civil engineering contractor delivering millions of dollars' worth of ongoing civil infrastructure projects in and around Wagga Wagga. With a diverse portfolio spanning roads, subdivisions, earthworks, bridges, and water projects, they are well-positioned for continued growth and offer genuine long-term career stability. The Roles Senior Project Engineer – You will take a lead role in managing civil projects from inception through to delivery. With strong commercial acumen and technical expertise, you will oversee programming, subcontractor management, client liaison, and project reporting, while mentoring junior engineers on site. Site Engineer – Working closely with the Project Engineer and site leadership team, you will be responsible for day-to-day technical delivery on site. This includes setting out, quality management, RFI management, and coordinating works across multiple trades and subcontractors. Both roles offer the chance to work across a broad range of civil disciplines including roads, subdivisions, earthworks, bridgeworks, and water projects, with the benefit of ongoing, guaranteed work based in Wagga Wagga.
